Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but most UK orders arrive within 5–10 business days. Please note that during busy periods or promotional events, shipping times may be slightly longer.
We carefully package every order to ensure your products arrive securely and ready for use. Shipping costs, where applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Return & Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
To start a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team with your order details. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return instructions.
After we receive and inspect the returned item, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
